We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus commission, with earning potential up to $80,000 annually. Licensing fees are reimbursed after six months of successful employment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member for ANDREW WRIGHT - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
  • Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
